played soccer for JFC.
left my house in the afternoon to accompany jasper back. he had to take his soccer stuff to tanglin pitch. played gta:vice city till kinda late. then took a cab down. was freaking raining.. and freaking muddy/wet.
won some team 10-0. first clean sheet for JFC.. after 11 months! haha scored two goals. one tap-in, one lob over the gk.
jasper had smthing on so didnt join the rest for dinner at far east.

the sinming ppl went plus amos, jeric and belinda.. was suppose to meet them in the morning first la. but didnt have my phone with me. phoneless for today!! reached sentosa at bout 1. played soccer and met cherwyn(my cousin) there again.. he is always there la. haha
left sentosa for steamboat at amk. jasper's on my frigging bed now la, on the phone..

just got back from jalan besar gym. wasnt really tough as compared to the usual trainings we go through. yesterday's was at macritchie. all of us were hoping for it to rain. it did, but barely. so we still gotta go through the run. did the girls route.. TWICE.. finished it in 32mins.
1st of dec will be spore idol final showdown right? for me, its hell.. gonna have a bleep test on that day. thats not the scary part la. the worst thing is that raj said that even if we do level 10 or 11 for the test(which is my norm), we will be able to reach level 13 or 14 by the end of dec if we go for training.
gonna have trainings in the morning and evening.. best of all, we will be training on CHRISTMAS day.. god, save me!

then after the show.. we were all bout to leave. there were two ang-mo looking girls in front of us.. quite young looking la. maybe bout 15 like that.
one of them was about to leave the cinema when i saw her wallet still on her seat... so yea, i told her bout it and she went back to take it.. haha i know i know.. ima good guy.. hahaha :)

didnt work today.
jasper called me in the morning and told me he was gonna go down to the salon near my house for a hair cut.. met him after my shower. had chicken porridge, soya bean and agar-agar for lunch. haha didnt know wad to do so went down to sinming to meet tommy, kelvin, minghao, wei lun, thomas.
saw wilson at sinming. he went to 7-11 and get mashed potato then left with his frens. eugene, ryan and richard came afterwards. they were preparing for their last o level papers la. dnt.
went to kenny cafe(still in sinming) for lunch again! had minced pork noodle and teh peng for my second round! haha left after chilling for like a damn long time and accompanied jasper, kelvin, thomas and their fren to sinming court to play soccer.
left at bout 5 to go to yishun stadium for training. it wasnt raining for the first time! haha today's training was kinda relaxing la.. but still, got a headache now after the run.. not fully recovered yet la.
anyway, raj told us that we are going to the SOLOMON ISLANDS in january 3rd!!! woo-hoo!!! gonna stop at gold coast for a few days before taking another flight to the islands.. but, only bout 20 of the 35 of us can go.. so yea, serious hope im one of them on the plane! god, help me!!

second day of the IOC course thing. started on tuesday.. first time on jalan besar pitch!! simply sweet! we had to wear some heartrate monitor thing around our chest.. turned out to be like some bra or smthing.. hahaha uncomfortable la.
the warm up was already damn freaking tiring.. the course its for conditioning the players la.. so was kinda expected.. the training wasnt as tiring though.
caught a cold after training as it was drizzling.. now, sore throat.. argh.. hate it man!
tay ping hui is starring in the new tv sitcom.. hmm..

woke up at 9am today!! damn early.. considering that i slept at bout 2am after man united's game. i really hate rooney man.. the way he executed his volley to score the first goal.. only one word to describe it.. CLASS. he's too good for his age la!!! argh!!
watched the american music awards in the morning.. USHER rocks man!! he bagged 4 awards! saw his performance with alicia keys.. man, both of them are real hot!! after the AMA, there was another award show(cant rmber the name).. anyhow, usher again!! just like how he sang... 'yeah, yeah, yeah!' haha
my course starts tmrw.. some fc basel (yea, the one where hakan yakin is in) coach is gonna take the training and all.. hmm.. think if i do well, i'll be on my way to switzerland!! haha yea right..

played soccer for the potong pasir team today. played at tanglin pitch 1. won the vietnam team 4-3!! first was japan, now vietnam.. wad's next?? cameroon? haha
anand scored a hat-trick today. hmm.. actually, we didnt finish the game la. we were leading 4-3 when a fight broke out after one of the vietnam players kicked out at our gk.. amos got angry and went to push him. then out of no where, other of their player came and whacked amos at the back of his head!! it almost turned out to be a free-for-all!
i hit back at one of their players on their head too. haha the fight stopped after a few more mins. the vietnam team then walked out of the game.. so offically, we won! haha

training today. hmm.. not tiring.. fucking tiring!!
guess wad we had for warm-up.. complete 5 rounds(2km) in 8mins.. and we did it twice.. yes yes, its just the warm-up.. cool huh..
had possession play(again!) after that.. and every 10 passes we made the opposition has to run 1 'box-to-box'. its running from the top of the penalty box to the other and back.. thats ONE box-to-box..
sundram didnt really count the passes la. then we had to take sudden death penalties to decide. the first team to miss their penalty will have to run FIVE box-to-box.. luckily for us, everyone who took the penalties scored. then he decided to call it a day as it was rather late.. phew.. thank god.

went to town to get my slippers after work.
accompained jasper to town. he wanted to get some harley tee-shirt.. walked abit round taka then he bought the tee. bout $25. apple happened to call jasper and she was also in town with 2 other of her frens. met up with them at heeren.. didnt know where to go so walked over to cine and finally decided to chill out at lips cafe..
talked, joked and took photos and lips. amos was suppose to meet jasper and i in town earlier in the day but pang seh-ed us for some girl la.. arse.. but he met us at lips at around 6plus. the girls wanted to go home so we accompanied them to orchard mrt.
went up to lido and checked out the movie time slots. belinda was on her way there too.. we then decided to watch taxi but left with front row seats.. shutter also.. so we walked back to cine!! tiring.. haha had kfc there. saw ang gui, jason, siva and ryzul there.. arh.. ang gui really wears eye liner.. haha

got the equiment for the course after training today. they gave each of us a adidas tee, shorts, socks and a pair of boots. everything's real nice la except for the boots. i think the germans use these boots to kick dogs back in germany.. lousy pair of boots but forget it la.. dun hav to wear it anyway. haha

went to check out my contract with m1 and was about to get my new phone when the saleperson told me that i can only upgrade my phone in another 16 days!! wtf!
i did ask another guy at the shop last month when am i able to upgrade and he told me on the 5th of nov.. argh!!! wasted trip la.. freaking mad.. can only join the k700i club on the 24th of nov onwards!

gonna have to attend some course from the 16th to 20th. think we're gonna go there and demostrate the training sessions and stuff. its sponsored by adidas and we're each gonna get adidas tee, shorts and a pair of boots!! the only thing.. i doubt they'll give us the good ones la.. hahaha

went to work then to training at yishun stadium. we were asked to run 6km(15 rounds) in 30 mins.. hmm.. wasnt tiring la.. practically at jogging pace.. haha after the run, the coaches announced that.. we were gonna get our pay!! haha
